Ali Chitaro

born in 1933 I’m one of the first generation of art in Zimbabwe. Married with seven kids and a number of Grand children. Started sculpting in 1967 inspired by Tom Bloomfield in Tengenenge art center Zimbabwe. Mostly my arts are mainly transforming human beings, animals, birds. I exhibited localy and abroad in countries like America, Mozambique, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Netherlands to mention few.  I am a full time sculptor here in Tengenenge.
